This is the first ADG32 Custom ever made! Dermot McIlroy wanted to offer something slightly different, and the result is this wonderful slope shoulder guitar. The top is a gorgeous torrefied Englemann Spruce while the back and sides are Master Grade East Indian Rosewood. If you are a fingerstyle player, you will appreciate the responsiveness of the Englemann Spruce. A light touch produces lush overtones while still retaining the bell-like highs that are the trademark of most Irish builders.
If you've always wanted an Irish guitar but don't feel comfortable on a traditional jumbo instrument, this is the guitar for you! The slope design will accommodate hours of joyful playing. Other features include:
Five-piece neck
Solid Ebony fingerboard bound with Rosewood and Maple
Custom 44mm nut width
Figured English Sycamore binding, Rosewood and Maple purfling
Bone nut and saddle
Gold-plated Gotoh SG381 gears with Amber pearloid buttons
Includes high-quality thermoplastic hardshell Gator case
