At The Fretted Buffalo, every guitar is carefully inspected, professionally packed, and prepared for shipment by our team before it leaves our shop.

Free Shipping on All Guitars

We offer free shipping on all guitar purchases within the continental United States.

Most in-stock instruments ship within 1–3 business days of payment verification. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Premium Shipping on Select Instruments

Guitars priced at $6,000 or more qualify for complimentary UPS 3 Day Select® shipping within the continental United States.

Shipping Schedule

Because acoustic guitars are sensitive to temperature and environmental changes, we make every effort to schedule shipments so instruments do not sit in transit or at carrier facilities over a weekend whenever possible. Shipping schedules may occasionally be adjusted to help ensure your instrument arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

International Shipping

We ship to many international destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by their country.
