Across the lineup, Touchstone Series captures the defining signature Bourgeois sound. From Indian Rosewood and herringbone appointments to classic Mahogany builds to Madagascar Rosewood with torrefied Alaskan Sitka Spruce, each model brings the hand-voiced Bourgeois tone to more players than ever before.

The Bourgeois tap-tuning process implemented in a Touchstone guitar is a masterful technique that brings out the natural frequencies of its soundboard.  By tapping the wood and listening closely, their luthiers uncover its tonal potential, skillfully balancing stiffness and durability. The braces are meticulously hand-carved to refine the top and back, optimizing resonance and tonal richness. 

These tops are then sent to the highly skilled team at the Eastman workshop in Beijing where final assembly occurs. Once complete, the instruments return to the USA, where every detail is inspected and approved by the Bourgeois team.
