James Goodall feels that the Standard Model represents the crowning achievement of his luthierie career. It is a large body guitar with incredible balance sonically. The Redwood top gives a fast response with plenty of headroom, while the Honduran Mahogany offers wonderful warmth. The Standard has tremendous volume and clarity. It responds well to both to delicate fingerpicking as well as strumming. This guitar is truly alive! Check out Doug Yeomans' demonstration and hear for yourself.
