The Vintage 3 SR a is an ideal choice for players who appreciate the timeless character of traditional guitar design. This model features an individually voiced AAA-grade solid Sitka spruce top paired with solid Indian rosewood back and sides, delivering a beautifully balanced, articulate tone with clear highs, full-bodied lows, and rich overtones.
Its vintage-inspired character is reflected in a range of refined appointments, including binding made of Hawaiian koa, herringbone purfling, and a green abalone rosette. The fretboard, bridge, and headstock overlay are crafted from exotic ziricote, adding a distinctive visual depth and a touch of elegance to the instrument. A flat, vintage-style headstock adorned with the Furch Heritage logo pays tribute to their historic designs and reinforces the authentic aesthetic of early 20th-century instruments.
The overall look and feel are further enhanced by Furch's UV-polymerized, resonance-enhancing Full-Pore Vintage Finish with a hand-brushed appearance that evokes the natural patina of traditional guitar designs.
