This guitar features Furchs new CNR Active neck design. In addition to Furch's innovative truss rod design, the 'Active' feature allows for easy adjustment of the pitch and angle of the neck, making the need for a neck reset obsolete! Just wow!
Basic specs: 1-7/8" nut width; 2-23/64" string spacing at the bridge; long scale at 25.59". The nut and bridge are designed by Furch to optimize vibration transfer for the 7th string.
The guitar is strung with phosphor bronze coated D'Addario XS .012 - .053's: the added 7th string is a .059" gauge D'Addario XS B string. The soundboard, back and sides are done with Furch's resonance enhancing, ultra thin, ultra hard Full Pore High Gloss finish. The neck is done with a Full Pore satin finish for an easy, smooth playing experience.
