This is a special build from our friends at Atkin (it can be found on their website under Custom Shop instruments!). Why Pink? Why not! It's actually more like salmon in person. The baked Sitka Spruce top is mated with Rosewood back and sides. Twelve frets to the body with a slotted headstock.
The volume and hugeness of sound that this slope shoulder dreadnought puts out cannot be overstated. The Rosewood gives it a slightly "scooped out" tone profile with plenty of bottom end. This combined with a long scale twelve-fret build produces a sound that we describe as "Traditional Americana" and unlike any other guitar in the shop. It is ready and willing to lead an acoustic country trio onstage, no pickup needed! Comes with an Atkin branded Hiscox case.
