This Auditorium size fan fret guitar features a Western Red Cedar top (individually voiced by Hozen) and a gorgeous Santos Rosewood set for the back and sides. It has great upper fret access thanks to a Florentine cutaway as well as a soundport and beveled armrest. Construction features reverse Honduran Mahogany kerfing, Advanced Double X Lattice bracing, and Japanese hide glue. Walnut appointments abound.
If you've not played on a fan fret instrument before, they offer impeccable intonation and more balanced string tension for a wonderful playing experience, especially if down- tuning! There is virtually no adjustment to playing style, in fact it feels quite natural. This is a very versatile guitar that delivers great sound for many styles.
