Here's a powerful slope shouldered dreadnought from our friends at Atkin Guitars in the UK. A tip of the hat to the much loved Gibson Advanced Jumbo (c.1938), the Atkin J38 is an easy player with a deep, satisfying low end growl, with plenty of rich overtone to make players who use their thumbs and fingertips happy. Drive it hard, or lightly play finger style, and the AJ 38 will work for you!
Basic specs: 1-11/16" nut width; long scale at 25.4"; string spacing at the bridge is 2-3/16". Note the Mother Of Pearl double diamond inlays on the figured Rosewood fretboard. Rosewood is also used for th bridge. Finished with Atkin's popular Aged Nitrocellulose Lacquer. Comes with a quality TKL hard case.
