George Lowden spent several years developing a bolt on neck to achieve a really solid neck joint but not disturb the natural balance of the guitar. The neck stiffness has also been reduced slightly by switching from a 5 piece to a 3 piece design. This allows a little more transference of the neck's natural vibration.
Nut width 1-3/4"; Long scale at 25.6". The bridge is 2-piece bone, compensated for better intonation. Sitka Spruce soundboard with Indian Rosewood for the back and sides. Includes the original Lowden branded Hiscox hardshell case.
